The HLN Group is an award winning multi-disciplinary practice working across all sectors but primarily Residential, Education, Healthcare, Financial, Retail and Custodial.

Due to an increase in workload a number of exciting opportunities have arisen at our Midlands office, located in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. The office currently has a range of expertise within the Custodial, Education, Commercial and Healthcare sectors and wish to expand this existing skillset.

Following success on a number of key Frameworks HLN are now recruiting for the position of Project Leader on one of our largest custodial projects. A planning application has been made and is now in the process of determination and therefore the role will require leadership, monitoring and continual liaison with our clients through the detailed design phase. The candidate must have a proven record of delivering large scale and complex projects whilst also being able to coordinate internal and external design teams to ensure key milestones are met.

The role will require the candidate to work as part of internal and external design teams.

Applicants should have a good understanding of technical detailing as well as being fluent in producing drawn information using AutoCAD and Revit as well as knowledge of Navisworks to coordinate models from other disciplines.

There will also be an opportunity for the candidate to work on a number of smaller projects within the office, and within other sectors and also influence future work by maintaining and expanding both new and existing relationships with Clients and identifying potential new business opportunities should they align with the future growth plans for the office.

The role also requires knowledge of the 2015 CDM regulations and the introduction of the Principal Designer role, although the candidate will not be required to perform this duty they should be knowledgeable in the processes and requirements to be able to inform existing and potential clients.
