The development at Lion St. Brecon consists of three separate residential blocks comprising two storey houses and three storey apartments.
The development replaces a former police station and is situated in a sensitive conservation area which has resulted in high quality properties and materials.
A three sided party wall exists and has been carefully considered in the design. HLN carried out structural surveys of this wall prior to development. Included within the scheme are elements of adoptable highway and drainage. All surface water is drained into soakaways and permeable pavement suds solutions.
