HLN continue to work closely with major clients, maintaining longstanding relationships.
Lloyds Banking Group
HLN takes pride in creating transformative spaces, as seen in the Harbourside project for Lloyds Banking Group, alongside Wates Construction. The project was completed in 13 weeks and featured a comprehensive Cat B office fit-out with new amenities including a Café and Gym.
Ministry of Justice
Our team, alongside Wates Construction, transformed a former office building into a new judicial development for HMCTS at Watford County and Family Court. The new space comprises a reception and security area, hearing rooms, workspaces, lifts and stairs, welfare facilities, glazing, upgraded building fabric, and roofing.
HLN have maintained a longstanding relationship with Tesco for over three decades, during which time we have collaborated to create innovative retail spaces and sustainable store layouts. Recent projects include multiple Tesco Express Stores, a new extension to the store in Great Dunmow, Essex and the design of a new extension to a store in Stow on the Wold.
